○ Currency?
Products and shipping rates are priced in USD for general purposes. Please be aware that tax is automatically applied and I do not control the tax rate.

○ Shipping carriers?
This shop is located in British Columbia, Canada so there will be two shipping options:

Canada Post for shipping domestic orders.

ChitChats, which partners with USPS and your country's carrier, for shipping International orders.

○ Shipping information?
At this time, orders will be shipped out on Wednesdays. Shipping days will change according to personal schedule. All orders will be packaged and shipped with reused and simple materials, such as cardboard, tape, and bubble wrap, to protect the contents of your order.

If you live within:
Canada:
2 - 5 business days depending on location with Canada Post Lettermail
United States:
2 - 5 weeks with USPS First-Class Mail/First-Class Package
International:
2 - 5 weeks with USPS First-Class Mail/First-Class International Package

If you want tracking for your order, it may cost extra to select the shipping option with tracking included.

If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please allow extra time for items to arrive to you. For more information, check this Canada Post website.

○ (added July 2024) Why are certain shipping options more expensive, depending on the country or depending on the product (for example, acrylic charms vs. artbook)?

All shipping options are added together with Chit Chat's postage rate calculator and Canada Post's mailing rate calculator. Both things are affected by how far away you live and affected by the type of shipping option that cinderoo uses.

All acrylic charms will now be shipped in bubble mailers and as packages in order for customers to receive their charms in best condition.

○ Why not ship to the UK/EU?
Because of VAT regulations and requirements, cinderoo will not be shipping to the UK or to EU.

○ Is there a Return and Refund policy?
Sorry. No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless these situations have occurred:

○ My item was damaged by transit!
If your package was damaged (bent, torn, missing an item), please e-mail me at [email protected] with your name, digital receipt, and provide photos if possible. A replacement item will be delivered to you, free of charge.

○ My package got lost during transit!
Please e-mail me at [email protected] with your name and digital receipt. A replacement item will be delivered to you with charge. What happens to your package after it is sent out to carriers is beyond my control, but in this circumstance this is all I could do for you.
